How to prepare your application?

To properly prepare your communication proposal, we recommend following these guidelines:

  • Word document, two pages. Anonymous.
  • Font: Times New Romans or Calibri, font 11.
  • Single spacing.
  • (Provisional) title of the proposal.
  • Introduction of the topic and justification of the research.
  • Proposal structure and methodology.
  • Summary of the main research hypotheses.
  • If the research is already at an advanced stage, add a summary of the first conclusions.
  • Cite the main doctrine studied (the bibliographical list need not be complete).

It is important that the proposal relates to one of the thematic topics outlined. Given the cross-cutting nature of some topics, a secondary thematic area may also be indicated in the proposal. This will help the selection committee in carrying out its work and refining the content and structure of the parallel tables.

It is recommended that the papers follow at least one of the following methodological lines:

  • Dogmatic work.
  • Jurisprudential commentary.
  • Regulatory or legal regime analysis.
  • Comparative study.
  • Analysis of cases (case studies).
  • Proposals for lege ferenda.

PROPOSALS MUST BE SENT EXCLUSIVELY VIA THIS FORM BY SUNDAY 9 JUNE. PROPOSALS SENT BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION.

Selected participants will be asked to pay a registration fee of €30.00 to attend the conference.
